I may or may not have mentioned it before, but I have a cooking blog. Experimental cooking is a hobby of mine and when I come across something interesting I try to remember to type it up there.

Since I don't do experimental cooking on a regular basis, the blog is updated infrequently. Many of my recipes end up coming from days when I'm too lazy/busy to go to the store for groceries and I have to figure out what to do with what I've got. Sometimes they are inspired by bizarre food cravings (like my new chocolate pepper steak recipe). I'm also a very lazy cook, so my recipes tend to be pretty simple and to dirty a minimum of cooking utensils and containers.

Today I posted recipes for the "chocolate and red pepper salted steak" and "five minute fudge." I was on a chocolate kick a couple weeks ago and it really shows.


Also, I had my first espresso this morning. It was awesome.
