6x8", watercolor and gauche

Here's a commission I did for before Christmas of her characters Mir and PiP. Mir is a gnome, hence the pointy ears and red hat. PiP is... well... PiP. The comic they both come from is featured on her website here: [link]

She wanted a picture of the two of them with yellow flowers, moths and butterflies.

Laura was very patient waiting for me to ship this. I very much appreciated that when my post office decided to close its doors at 4:30 and only stay open on weekdays. Solution: I found another post office further away that stays open over the weekend.

I meant to upload another piece tonight, but my scanner is on the fritz again so I need to find a new driver or something. Maybe a new scanner... this one's ten years old now!
